These Terms of Use govern your use of VIGIL ("the App"), developed by Joshua Sigurdurson. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VIGIL offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
New users may receive a free trial period. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.
All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree to use VIGIL only for lawful personal purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App. The screen blocking features rely on Apple's Screen Time framework and require your explicit permission to function.
VIGIL is a productivity tool and is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will meet every user's specific requirements. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
